Paint Party Friday - Tree of Life

It's been a fairly unproductive week. I think not being able to get back into my routine after the school holidays has played its part. But my pains really kicked-off this week, too. Nothing I can do about that, but it does slow me down quite a bit. I was in bed for two days, because my back was so sore. That's life; no point complaining really, best just to get on with it as best one can.

I did manage to fill a page in my journal however.

Hope you like it, and have great weekend.

  16. Lovely tree. Beautiful colors and design. I enjoyed looking at your journal pages (previous post) as well....those Kooky Cats!! :P Thanks for sharing your artwork.

I'm sorry to hear about your back. Something that really helped us through back pain was "Back in Action" by Dr. Scott Duke. Lots of movements to help throughout the day. At times some were hard to do, but eventually it made a difference. I hope that you are able to work through it and get to feeling better soon.
