Apologies - New Painting - Paint Party Friday

I'd like to start this post by saying a big 'I'M SORRY' for not being around for a few months. A bout of illness completely floored me, but I feel much better now and I'm raring to get going again. I'll be back visiting everyone and commenting on their blogs and wonderful artwork just as soon as I can. My daughter is entering 'big school' next week, so the next few days will be a bit hectic. It's a real step up in her life and as all parents know it can take a while for everyone, including the adults, to adjust.

Anyway, here's my piece for this week. I've called it 'In The Garden'. Hope you like it.

    1. Thank you, Jutta. I look at other people's work and think the same way. Sometimes I think my paintings are so poor that maybe I should give up. But I think that is just the perfectionist inside me airing his opinion.
